Description: Imagine your neighborhood can fund one shared-space improvement this year. Each option is feasible and fits the budget, including upkeep. Rank the projects, favorite first; ranked options count above those left out. Signed-in participants can suggest changes for review. This is a fictional public demo. All votes have equal weight; votes and their history are public.

Shared tool library
Stock an existing shared room with tools residents can borrow for home repairs and small projects. Upkeep: Volunteers manage loans, check returns and replace worn tools.
Outdoor table tennis
Install a permanent outdoor table tennis table for casual play. Residents bring their own paddles and balls. Upkeep: Regular checks and cleaning; play stays within agreed hours.
Bicycle repair station
Install a repair stand with a pump and secured tools for basic bicycle adjustments and puncture repairs. Upkeep: Regular checks of the pump and tools; users bring their own spare parts.
Community garden beds
Install shared raised beds for flowers, herbs and vegetables, with a water supply and tool storage. Upkeep: Residents share watering and seasonal care.
Covered seating area
Add a roofed seating area with benches and tables for meeting neighbors, reading or resting outdoors. Upkeep: Regular cleaning and checks of the roof and furniture.
